hmm i like the idea of the toms, i don't like the clap.. too crunchy for me.
From what i can tell you were going for the whole (dare i say it) "crunk beat" thing ... rite?
well if you were then ur seem to be on the rite path with this..
But i think you can get those chords to progress some more... but then again it might not sound crunky enough... hmm i dunno 
i have never been able to satisfy rappers with what i make... so maybe you are on the rite lines keeping it punchy catchy but simple.
lol... not much help i ahve been ay?

this beat got lots of potential, but the piano in the background just seems outta place a bit, other than that, what Sham said, it will be a pretty good crunk beat, try to work out just a few minor bugs with it and then make this shizzle dizzle hot!
